Projects 2025

Thanks to EU funding, the EFJCA is proud to award grants to four outstanding projects that promote a multidisciplinary approach to addressing gender-based violence.

We received several strong and inspiring proposals and are grateful to our members for their commitment and innovative ideas. The final selection was made by our reviewers team, and the results can be found below.

This year, the awarded projects are based in Italy, France, Bonaire, and Poland. Congratulations to all selected initiatives!

Towards a Strong Start – Building the Family Justice Center in Bonaire
The construction of the Family Justice Center (FJC) on Bonaire is well underway and expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year. In preparation, core chain partners—including the police, women’s shelter, the Advice and Reporting Center on domestic violence and child abuse (HGKM), social work, and youth care—have been actively collaborating over the past years. This has led to the development of a detailed Business Case for the FJC.
