In preparation, core chain partners—including the police, women’s shelter, the Advice and Reporting Center on domestic violence and child abuse (HGKM), social work, and youth care—have been actively collaborating over the past years. This has led to the development of a detailed Business Case for the FJC.
The project focuses on creating an integrated, client-centered approach that ensures victims of domestic and gender-based violence receive coordinated, high-quality support. Key components include joint training, team building, a clear division of roles, and shared methodologies across organizations.
