Eurocities seminar about the situation for women during COVID-1

On 16 June 2020 our Swedish FJC partner Margot Olsson participated in a EUROCITIES seminar addressing the situation for women during Covid-19. She provided a short speak about the situation in Malmö and some of their measures.
The situation at European level
MEP Evelyn Regner, chair of the FEMM committee in the European Parliament and Carlien Scheele director of the European Institute for Gender Equality shared an overview of the situation at European level. Barcelona, Vienna and Malmo then introduced the dialogue between cities with a focus on women's triple burden, women's unequal employment situation and violence against women.
